Public Enemy co-founder Flavor Flav was arrested on home battery expenses earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nev. Now his lawyer is talking out concerning the allegations, vowing that the rapper shall be heard.
In line with TMZ, an Oct. 5 felony grievance states the 62-year-old is accused of poking a lady within the nostril, throwing her down and grabbing her cellphone. It’s unknown if Flav knew the sufferer.
The Henderson Police Division booked Flav, born William Drayton Jr.,and he was charged with misdemeanor battery constituting home violence.
David Chesnoff, Flav’s lawyer, advised TMZ, “In alleged home violence circumstances, there are sometimes 2 sides to the story and we’ll clarify our aspect within the courtroom and never within the media.”
Flav has not made a public assertion on his arrest. Nonetheless, on Tuesday (Oct. 19) he celebrated one 12 months of sobriety, tweeting, “1 12 months up,,, lotz extra to go,,, subsequent 12 months I pray my complete household shall be walkin the identical path I’m.”
